436例氯氮平治疗精神分裂症对白细胞影响的临床分析

目的：了解抗精神病药氯氮平在治疗精神分裂症时对白细胞的影响情况。方法：从我院2003～2007年出院的精神分裂症患者病例中随机抽取首次单用或首次合并服用氯氮平治疗精神分裂症的436例进行分析研究。结果：白细胞升高和减少共83例,占服用氯氮平总数的19.04%。其中,单用60例,合并服用氯氮平23例。结论：氯氮平对白细胞有较大影响,前6个月危险性最大,与氯氮平的剂量无关,发展速度很快,临床应用时,应注意监控白细胞计数,及时处理白细胞减少患者。

Clinical analysis of 436 cases of Clozapine treatment of schizophrenia that impact on the white blood cells

Objective：To understand the effects of the white blood cells when use Clozapine in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods：From 2003 to 2007,we randomly selected 436 cases of discharged patients with schizophrenia for the first time alone or combined used Clozapine,we studied and analyzed. Results：There were 83 cases the white blood cells increased or reduced,accounted for 19.04% of the total number used Clozapine. Included 60 cases used Clozapine alone and 23 cases combined used Clozapine. Conclusion：Clozapine has a greater impact on the white blood cells,the first six months most at risk and has nothing to do with the dose of Clozapine,do rapid development,it should be noted and monitored of the white blood cell count,and timely processed of patients with the white blood cells reduced.
