艾可清胶囊治疗获得性免疫缺陷综合征疗效分析

目的初步评价艾可清胶囊缓解人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者相应临床症状体征、改善生存质量的有效性及安全性。方法所有患者口服艾可清胶囊,每次6粒,每日3次。分别在治疗前、治疗后3个月和6个月检测T细胞亚群、血常规、肝肾功能,记录症状体征积分(积分1)、症状舌脉积分(积分2)、体重及Karnofsky评分。结果治疗3、6个月后患者外周血CD_4~ 细胞有所增长;CD_4~ /CD_8~ 治疗6个月与治疗3个月相比差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);积分1与积分2降低、体重增加、Karnofsky评分升高,与治疗前相比差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01);肝肾功能及血常规治疗后未见异常。结论艾可清胶囊可提高患者免疫功能,减轻症状体征,提高生存质量,未见对血常规、肝肾功能产生不利影响。

Analysis on Clinical Effect of Aikeqing Capsule on Treatment of AIDS

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Aikeqing Capsule on relieving the symptoms to improve the quali- ty of life of HIV/AIDS patients.Methods All 19 cases were orally given Aikeqing Capsules 6 capsules each time,3 times a day.Be- fore.treatment,3 months and 6 months after treatment,T cell subgroups,blood routine test and test for liver and kidney function were given to all patients,and scores of symptoms and signs(Score 1),scores of symptoms and tongue and pulse(Score 2),body weight,and Karnofsky scores were recorded.Results Three and six months after treatment,the CD_4~ cells increased.CD_4~ /CD_8~ after 6 months' treatment was significantly different from that of 3 months(P<0.05).Score 1 and 2 decreased,body weight and Karnofsky scores increased,compared with those before treatment,the difference was significant(P<0.01).There was no abnormal finding in blood biochemical test for liver and kidney function and blood routine test.Conclusion Aikeqing Capsule can promote im- mune system,relieve symptoms and signs,and improve quality of life of patients.There was no harmful influence on blood and liver and kidney functions.
