食管癌切除术将食管胃吻合口置入胃腔66例报告

目的　探讨减少食管癌术后反流、吻合口瘘及狭窄等并发症。方法　食管粘膜与胃粘膜层吻合 ,食管肌层和胃浆肌层包埋 ,将吻合口全部置入胃腔内。结果　接受治疗的 6 6例患者均能顺利进糊状及固体食物 ,并全部康复。术后复查胃镜、吞钡后取头低足高位未见明显反流 ,无吻合口瘘、无吻合口狭窄。结论　该术式可有效防止食管切除术后严重并发症 ,提高了患者生存质量

66 Cases of Esophagotomy with Esophagogastrostomy and Anastomotic Places into Gastric Cavity

Objective To decrease the complications of the reflux, anastomotic leakage (AL) and anastomotic stricture after the operation of esophageal cancer. Methods To anastomose the mucosa of them, then put the anastomotic places into the gastric cavity completely. Results Under this therapy can the 66 patients all take mushy and solid foods with entire recovery. After the operation, no reflux, no anastomotic leakage and no stricturre by the examination of gastroscopy and Barium swellow in the posture of low head and high feet. Conclusion This mothed is effective as to prevent the incidence of serious complications after the treatment and to improve the quality of life of the patients.
