| 摘 要： | 目的探索在分层级管理中设立护理组长对外科护理质量及患者满意度的影响。方法通过护理组长岗位设置、选拔护理组长、制订护理组长的岗位职责、制定护理组长培训计划以及对护理组长进行考评的方法。结果设立护理组长后提高了患者满意度和护理质量,调动了护士的工作积极性,提高工作效率,体现了护士的价值。结论设立护理组长是护理分层级管理中提高护理质量的有效措施。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore establish the nursing care quality and patient satisfaction in the Surgical ward witch establish the head of the nursing leader. Methods The methods include head of nursing positions, nurs- ing leader selection, the care team leader＇ s job responsibilities, development of training programs for nursing leader and the evaluation of nursing leader. Results Increased patient＇ satisfaction and the quality of care, mobilized the enthusiasm of nurses, improve efficiency, reflects the value of nurses. Conclusion The head of the establishment of nursing care and management of hierarchical level of effective measures improved the quality of care. |
