宫颈电环切除术后用药的研究

目的研究宫颈电环切除术(LEEP)后用药对创面愈合和不良反应的影响,寻找可加速创面愈合、减少不良反应的药物。方法 240例因宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)行LEEP的患者,随机等分为三组(每组80人):口服药组、聚甲酚磺醛栓组、纳米银栓组。分析三组术后创面愈合时间、不良反应发生率。结果治愈率95.4%,复发率2.5%,感染率2.9%,宫颈子宫内膜异位症发生率6.7%,宫颈腺上皮增生发生率7.1%。聚甲酚磺醛栓组的术后阴道排液时间、出血时间,宫颈子宫内膜异位症、宫颈腺上皮增生发生率均低于纳米银栓组及口服药组(P<0.05),差异有显著性意义,纳米银栓组及口服药组无差异;三组复发率、感染率无差异。聚甲酚磺醛栓组比纳米银栓组及口服药组创面愈合快(P<0.05),纳米银栓组及口服药组无差异。结论甲酚磺醛栓能促进CIN患者LEEP后创面愈合,有效减少术后不良反应,使用方便,病人依从性好。
