公立医院现代品牌的创建研究

摘    要:新医改提出了深化公立医院改革的要求,品牌建设即是其中重要一环。公立医院现代品牌由基础要素、个性要素、传播要素和外部关系要素构成,通过比较传统品牌与现代品牌创建路径的差异,指出公立医院现代品牌的创建应坚持公益性的原则,以基础要素为核心,以个性要素为补充,以传播要素为纽带,以建立和谐的外部关系为目标,形成各要素间的相互融合和良性互动。
