| 摘 要： | 用酶联免疫吸附法测定急性、慢性、晚期血吸虫病患者血清可溶性白细胞介素Ⅱ受体（ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ）水平，结果显示各期血吸虫病患者血清ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平均显著高于对照组，其中晚期血吸虫病较慢性血吸虫病升高更明显。提示血吸虫病的发病与血清ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ升高有关。 |

| Abstract: | The serum level of SIL-2R was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in patients with acute,chronic and advanced schistosomiasis japanica.It was found that the serum level of SIL-2R in the patients was greater than that of the control group and the serum level of SIL-2R in patients with advanced schistosomiasis was greater than that of patients with chronic schistosomiasis.The results suggest that the pathogenesis of schistosomiasis may be correlated to the increase of the level of SIL-2R. |
