| 摘 要： | 本文总结６１例中晚期肝癌的治疗。插管组２１例，局切组３２例，局切插管组８例。结果：插管组近期有效率为６６．７％。ＡＦＰ下降（或转阴）率分别为：３３．３％、３９．２９％、７１．４１％。三组中位生存期分别为：９．６、１１．２、１３．４个月。各组３个、６个月、１年、２年生存率分别为：８５．７％、８７．５％、１００％；６６．７％、７１．９％、８７．５％；３５％、４０．６％、５７．１％；０％、１０．３％、２

| Abstract: | Sixty-one cases of advanced primary hepatocellular carcinoma were studied,of which 21 cases was in the transvascular group, 32 cases in the local resection group and 8 cases in the local resection and transvascular group. The recent effective rate of transvascular group was 66. 7 %. In the three subgroups,the medium survival duration were 9. 6.11. 2. 13. 4 months respectively. The rate of decline or return to normal of AFP were 33. 3% 39. 29. 71. 41% . the 3 - month. 6 - Month. 1 -year, 2 - Year survival rates of these subgroups of patients were 85. 7 % .87. 5. 100%; 66. 7% .71. 9 94 .87. 5 % 1 35 % .40. 6%,57. 1 % ic%' 10. 3 %.20%,respectively. It is suggested that the local respition and transvascular group is more effective than the local resection group or the transvascular group.
