| 摘 要： | 目的 研究不同程度妊高征患者红细胞免疫功能的变化。方法 对 40例妊高征患者和 30例正常孕妇的红细胞C3b受体花环试验、免疫复合物 (IC)花环试验及红细胞免疫粘附 (RCIA)调节因子 (促进因子和抑制因子 )活性进行测定。结果 妊高征患者的红细胞C3b受体花环及IC花环均低于正常孕妇 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,红细胞免疫粘附抑制因子活性明显高于正常孕妇 (P <0 .0 0 1 )。结论 妊高征患者红细胞免疫功能低下 ,可作为反映妊高征病变程度的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To study change of the red cell immune function of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH) Methods The rosette experiments on the cell receptor (C 3b R)and immune complex (IC)and the determination of the activity of regulation factors of red cell immune adhesion (RCIA)(promotive and inhibitory factors) were done in 40 cases of PIH and 30 normal pregnant women. Result Compared with normal pregnant women, C 3b R and IC rosette rates of the cases of PIH are decreased significantl(P<0.01),the activity of RCIA inhibitory factors is increased significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion The red cell immune function of the patients with PIH is originally low, which might be helpful to judge the severity of PIH. |
