| 摘 要： | 目的探讨闭合性肾损伤的诊断和治疗的注意事项,提高对闭合性肾损伤的认识,达到早期诊治并了解影响预后的因素。方法回顾分析1999—2008年39例闭合性肾损伤患者的临床资料。结果39例全部治愈,其中保守治疗28例,11例行开放手术;随访1—4a,所有患者均无并发症。结论闭合性肾损伤的诊断并不困难,B超和CT是发现闭合性肾损伤的主要手段,目前的治疗是安全的。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of blunt renal trauma for more acknowledge in attempt to provide evidence for its early diagnosis, effective treatment and to study the prognosis. Methods The clinical data in 39 cases with blunt renal trauma from 1999 to 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the patients had fully recovered. Among 39 cases, 28 cases received expectant treatment and 11 were given open operation and were followed-up for 1- 4 years. There were no serious complications found in all patients. Conclusion Diagnosis of blunt renal trauma is not difficult, ultrasonography and CT are the leading diagnostic technique for blunt renal trauma. Treatment of blunt renal trauma is effective and safe. |
