CT、MRI及CSF免疫学检查在脑型血吸虫病诊断中的价值

目的 探讨脑型血吸虫病的临床特点及诊断方法。方法 分析42例脑型血吸虫病的CT、MRI及CSF免疫学检查资料。结果 本组42例，通过影像学及免疫学检查获明确诊断40例，1例不能完全排除脑肿瘤通过术后病理诊断为脑型血吸虫病，1例高度怀疑脑型血吸虫病经吡喹酮诊断性治疗证实。结论 CT及MRI对脑型血吸虫病的定位和定性诊断有很大的价值，比较而言，MRI在显示病变的主要病理改变时，其敏感性和准确性均较CT高，CSF免疫学检查对脑型血吸虫病鉴别诊断有重要的价值。

Value of CT, MRI and CSF immunoassay to Diagnosis of Cerebral Schistosomiasis

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and diagnostic methods of cerebral schistosomiasis. Methods The data of CT, MRI and the CSF immunoassay in 42 patients with cerebral schistosomiasis were analyzed retrospectively. Results The cerebral schistosomiasis was diagnosed as by the imaging and immunoassay in 40 patients, by the postoperative pathological examination in 1 and definitely by diagnostic treatment with praziquantel. Conclusion CT and MRt are of great value to determination of the position and nature of the cerebral schistosomiasis. The sensitivity and accuracy of MRI are better for indicating the main pathological changes of the disease than that of CT. The CSF immunoassay plays an important role in the differential diagnosis of the cerebral schistosomiasis.
