重症急性胰腺炎死亡相关因素分析

目的 重症急性胰腺炎（severe acute pancreatitis,SAP)并发症多,死亡率高,寻找SAP死亡相关因素。是减低SAP死亡率的关键。方法 1986年10月至199年5月间我院共收治的42例重症急性胰腺炎,分为生存和死亡两组,对两组数据进行统计学处理。结果 两组间平均年龄,住院时间,血糖,坏死范围（达75%）,并发症及MOF有显著差异;而两组间WBC,血淀粉酶,血钙和早期手术及男女比例无显著差异。结论 平均年龄,血糖,坏死程度,并发症及MOF是SAP死亡的相关因素。针对患者血糖,并发症和MOF的治疗,是降低SAP死亡率的关键。

THE RELATED FACTORS OF DEATH OF THE SEVERE ACUTE PANCREATITIS ANALYZE

Objective There are m any com plications of the severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) ,even the mortality rate is high.L ooking for the related factors of death of SAP is the key to reduce the mortality of SAP.Methods The 4 2 cases of se- vere acute pancreatitis are received in our hospital from on October,1986 to on May,1999,and they are divided into two groups of survive group and death group,and go on the statistics processing to two groups of data.Results There are signifi- cant difference between two groups in average age,the length of hospital stay,blood sugar,necrosis scope(reaching 75 % ) , com plication and multiple organ failure(MOF) ;But WBC,blood am ylase,blood calcium and early stage operation and man and wom an's proportion do not have significant difference between two groups.Conclusion The average blood sugar,necrosis scope,complication and multiple organ failure are the related factors of death of SAP.Itis the key of reduction the m ortality of SAP to treatment in the blood sugar,complication and m ultiple organ failure.
