基层医院临床路径试点情况调查

为了解基层医院临床路径试点开展情况,以卫生部下发的《临床路径管理试点工作评估方案》（[2010]56号）为框架,采取听取汇报、查阅资料、评阅病历、现场考察等方式对基层8所试点医院进行评估。发现8所试点医院分别选择了心内科、普外、骨科等22个专业开展了临床路径试点工作,1年内共有7536例患者进入临床路径管理流程,卫生经济学分析表明临床路径管理能够明显提高医疗质量,降低医疗费用,并缩短平均住院日。建议加快推进临床路径试点工作,完善临床路径的信息化,并强化宣教使得临床路径获得医护人员及患者的支持。

Investigation on the status quo of clinical pathway implementing in pilot primary hospitals

To understand the current situation of clinical pathway in pilot primary hospitals,According to the Assessment Scheme of Pilot Work in Management of Clinical Pathway( No.56) issued by Ministry of Health,By combined methods of debriefing,checking working record,reviewing medical record and site visit,clinical pathway work in 8 pilot primary hospitals were assessed.There are totally 7536 patients of 22 diseases in departments of cardiology,general surgery and orthopedics in 8 hospitals are involved in clinical pathway management.It shows that clinical pathway can greatly improve medical quality,reduce medical expense and shorten average length of stay.It is considered to accelerate the process of clinical pathway pilot work,improve clinical pathway information system and strengthen propaganda to gain the support from medical staff and patients.
