思维导图在合同制护士使用高警讯药物过程中的应用

目的：应用思维导图提高合同制护士对高警讯药物相关知识认知度和执行力,减少和杜绝用药缺陷,提高临床用药安全性。方法：评估合同制护士对高警讯药物相关知识认知度,针对存在的问题,将思维导图应用于合同制护士使用高警讯药物过程中,完善高警讯药物管理规定,优化高警讯药物使用流程,实施高警讯药物相关知识专项培训。结果：实施后合同制护士对高警讯药物相关知识认知度、高警讯药物相关理论知识和操作技能考试成绩,临床科室高警讯药物专项检查评分均明显高于实施前（P〈0.01）。结论：思维导图应用于合同制护士使用高警讯药物过程中,可以提高合同制护士对高警讯药物相关知识认知度和执行力。

Mind map applied in the use of high-alert drugs for contract nurses

Objectives:To improve the awareness and execution of high-alert drugs for contract nurses,to reduce and eliminate drug defects,and to better the safety of clinical drugs by applying the mind map.Methods:The contract nurses in related knowledge of high-alert drugs were assessed by authors,the mind map was used for contract nurses in the use of high-alert drugs,and regulations of high-alert drugs were improved,the process of high-alert drugs was optimized,the special training of related knowledge of high-alert drugs was implemented.Results:After the implementation of contract nurses on the knowledge of high-alert drugs,the test results of related theoretical knowledge and skills of high-alert drugs,scores of high-alert drugs in special inspection of clinical departments were significantly higher than those before the implementation(P<0.01).Conclusions:The mind map used in the use of high alert drugs can increase the contract nurses on awareness and execution.
