| 摘 要： | 厦门大学附属第一医院结合医院实际,按照需求和目的设立了博士后工作站,通过软硬件环境的建设,明确项目的选择和人才的选拔,并与不同高校或科研机构流动站进行合作,取得了显著的效果。提出医院博士后工作目前还存在管理队伍素质需进一步提高、后续研究和成果归属的困惑、博士后在站期间的职称等方面的问题需要改进和解决。

| Abstract: | Based on the situation of Affiliated the 1st Hospital of Xiamen University,postdoctoral workstation is set up.By strengthening software and hardware construction,defining project and human resources selecting and communication with universities and research institutes,significant effectiveness has been achieved.Problems such as imperfection management team,ambiguous research finding belonging and post doctorate’s title need to be solved. |
