| 摘 要： | 目的:观察电针配合中药治疗痛经的疗效。方法:选取96例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例。治疗组以电针结合中药治疗,对照组以布洛芬缓释胶囊口服治疗。结果:3个月经周期后,治疗组总有效率为93.75%,对照组总有效率为83.33%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,说明电针结合中药是治疗痛经的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Objective Observation on electroacupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of dysmenorrhea effect.Methods 96 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,48 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine treatment.The control group with oral treatment with Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules.Results After 3 menstrual cycles,treatment group total effectiveness 93.75%,control group total effectiveness 83.33%,Comparison difference of two group was the significance(P<0.01).Conclusion The treatment group in curative effect surpasses the control group obviously.Therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture combined with Chinese medicine in treating dysmenorrhea is effective way. |
