1，604例汶川地震住院伤员救治分析

目的回顾性分析四川省医学科学院·四川省人民医院1，604例汶川地震住院伤员的救治情况，为建立自然灾害医疗救援应急体系提供决策参考。方法收集并分析5·12以来5个月（震后153天）已出院且诊断明确的地震伤员情况。统计分析采用、M进行描述，Х^2检验等方法。结果纳入研究的地震伤员中男性818例（51．00％），女性784例（48．88％）。男性平均年龄（42．00±21．03）岁，女性平均年龄（44．60±22．66）岁。入院时间集中在震后2周内（81．17％）。地震伤员主要来自都江堰市、阿坝州和德阳市。经Х^2检验，不同性别地震伤员手术（Х^2=0．484，P=0．487）和转归（Х^2=0．877，P=0．928）的构成情况差异无统计学意义。结论医疗机构在面对类似自然灾害时应尽快启动医疗应急救援预案。各医院应该尽快组织医务人员做好救援工作，以便更好的为患者服务，提高救治成功率。

Study on treatment of wounded inpatients after the Wenchuan earthquake

Objective To analyze retrospectively traumatic condition of 1604 wounded inpatients in Sichuan Academy of Medical Sciences ＆ Siehuan Provincial People＇s Hospital after the Wenchuan earthquake, so as to provide references for the institution of emergency plans. Methods The data of earthquake casualties were collected after the earthquake 5 months （ 153 days） to analyze traumatic condition of wounded inpatients by SPSS 13.0 software. The data was analyzed by, M and Х^2 test. Results 818 male patients （50.998%） and 784 female patients （48.878%） participated in this study. Male patients＇ mean age was （41.997 ± 21.030） years and female patients＇ mean age was （44.595 ±22.659） years. Most patients were sent to the hospital within the first 2 weeks after the earthquake （81.172% ）. The wounded were mainly from Dujiangyan, Abe Prefecture and Deyang. There was no significance between male patients and female patients in regard to surgery （Х^2 = 0. 484, P = 0. 487） and prognosis （Х^2 = 0. 877, P = 0. 928） by Х^2 test. Condusions The institution of an emergency plan for the medical rescue after an earthquake disaster is an essential step to ensure the rational allocation and application of healthcare resources. Various hospitals should organize medical staff to treat and cure the casualty as soon as passible, so that better serves for the patient.
