临沂市Duchenne型肌营养不良症患儿现状及预防对策

目的了解临沂市DMD患儿现状,探讨预防其出生的有效措施。方法查阅2002年至2006年原始病残儿医学鉴定资料,对DMD病残儿进行统计分析。结果临沂市病残儿鉴定确诊DMD患儿37例,均为男性,年龄3~13岁,不同年份中以2002年所占构成比最高,各县(区)中以莒南县所占构成比最高,其次为临沭县、沂水县,而罗庄区未发现DMD病残儿,其他各县(区)分布较均匀。结论采取适当措施可有效预防DMD患儿出生。

THE PRESENT SITUATION OF DISABLED CHILDREN WITH DUCHENNE MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY IN LINYI CITY

Objective To survey the present situation of disabled children with Duchenne muscular dystrophy(DMD) in Linyi City and to explore effective measures to prevent the births of such children.Methods Primary data on disabled children clinically confirmed were reviewed,and statistical analyses were made on DMD disabled children.Results DMD was clinically confirmed in 37 cases in Linyi City from 2002 to 2006.All cases were males aged 3-13,and were evenly distributed in the urban districts and counties of Linyi City.Conclusion Appropriate preventive measures can help to prevent the births of DMD children.
