结合医院医疗耗材的管理模式,从计划审批、采购、入库验收、请领出库等各个环节对医疗耗材进行监管。对出现的保障任务大、监管难等问题进行了分析,解决了耗材在使用过程中出现的管理薄弱、不易控制的问题,达到了方便临床、规范管理和提高效益的目的。

Actuality and Countermeasures on Management of Medical Consumables Storeroom

Based on the experiences of medical consumables management in our hospital,the management of medical equipments is carried out from four aspects,such as planning assessment,procurement,warehouse entry inspection and application for materials.Problems,such as heavy support task and difficult monitoring in storeroom management,are analyzed.Some methods have been advanced to solve the problems of weak management and difficult control,thus not only facilitating the clinic,but also standardizing management and enhancing efficiency.
