喉部外周T细胞性淋巴瘤9例临床病理分析

目的　探讨喉部外周T细胞性淋巴瘤的临床病理学特征、免疫表型及鉴别诊断要点。方法　对 9例喉部外周T细胞性淋巴瘤进行临床资料分析、组织病理学观察及免疫组化标记。结果　喉部外周T细胞性淋巴瘤具有淋巴结内的外周T细胞性淋巴瘤的形态特征 ,该肿瘤的瘤细胞有明显的多形性、异型性 ,瘤细胞表达CD3、CD4 3、CD4 5RO等T细胞标记物。结论　喉部淋巴瘤少见 ,喉的外周T细胞淋巴瘤更少见 ,掌握其形态学特征及免疫组化特点对于喉部外周T细胞性淋巴瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要意义。

Peripheral T-cell lymphoma in larynx:a clinicopathological and immunohistochemical study

Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features, immunophenotype and differential diagnosis of peripheral T-cell lymphoma in the larynx. Methods Clinical data and morphologic features were analyzed, and immunohistochemical staining were performed in 9 cases of peripheral T-cell lymphoma in the larynx. Results Histopathological feature of peripheral T-cell lymphoma in larynx was similar to the intra-nodal peripheral T-cell lymphoma, which expressed CD3, CD43 and CD45RO. Conclusion Although the head and neck region is a frequent site of origin of extra-nodal non-Hodgkin's lymphomas, laryngeal peripheral T-cell lymphoma is rare. Histopathological features and immunophenotype of peripheral T-cell lymphoma in the larynx are of important significance in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
