正畸矫治关闭下颌第一恒磨牙拔牙间隙的临床研究

目的：探讨下颌第一恒磨牙大面积龋坏致牙冠严重缺损,或因明显根尖病变而拔除后,关闭拔牙间隙的矫治方法及对潜在的问题进行分析和处理,方法：对12例临床病例进行治疗总结,结果：拔牙间隙完全关闭,达到完全远中关系,获得理想的治疗效果,结论：矫治设计过程中,保留更多的健康牙位,维持口腔的功能,熟练掌握间隙关闭的控制方法。

Orthodontic treatment of space closure in extraction of the lower first molars

Objective:To investigate orthodontic treatment involving extraction of the lower first molars that are extensively carious,apical pathoses and high lights many of the clinical considerations when treating such cases ,that illustrate the potential problems and indicate some solutions. Methods: To summarize12 cases's orthodontic treatment. Results: spase of extraction of the lower first molar have closed entirely, have completely distoocclusion. all cases had good treatment effects after orthodontic treatment. Conclusions: in orthodontic design,to save more healthly tooth, maintain mouth function expertly hold space closure's control methods.
