正常新生儿脑血流SPECT断层显像

摘    要:为了评价脑血流SPECT显像在新生儿中的应用和新生儿脑血流灌注显像的正常图形,用99mTc乙撑双半胱氨酸二乙酯SPECT对12例神经系统正常的新生儿进行显像并作半定量分析。结果:正常新生儿脑血流灌注显像图形与成人和儿童比较有明显差异,显像剂主要浓聚于新生儿的丘脑和原始感觉运动区,其余大脑皮层和小脑浓聚较少,额叶区域浓聚最低,显影较差;左右半球血流分布基本对称。新生儿脑血流SPECT显像方法简便、安全,能客观反映新生儿的局部脑血流灌注。

Abstract:PURPOSE To study the image pattern and evaluate the usefulness of SPECT cerebral blood flow CBF imaging in normal neonate METHODS 12 normal neonates were examined by 99m Tc ECD SPECT and semi quantitative analysis was performed RESULTS The SPECT CBF image of neonate was significantly different from that of adult and child 99m Tc ECD was mainly concentrated in the thalamic and primary sensomotoric regions in normal neonate The other cortical areas and cerebellum showed lesser radioactivity The frontal area was poorly concentrated and visulized The distribution of left to right hemisphere was symmetrical CONCLUSIONS The SPECT CBF imaging is a simple, safe, convenient method and objectively reflect the regional CBF of neonate
