78例无痛分娩患者的临床疗效观察

目的调查研究无痛分娩患者的临床疗效。方法随机选取本院临床上进行无痛分娩的患者78例,并且同时选取使用常规分娩的患者78例,针对是否产生疼痛感、有无出血现象等一系列指标进行观察与研究,最后对所得结果进行统计分析。结果产程用时无痛分娩组明显短于常规分娩组,无痛分娩组新生儿的评分高于常规分娩组,通过出血量和疼痛的比较,常规分娩组不良反应的发生率明显高于无痛分娩组不良反应的发生率,差异明显（P〈0.05）。结论通过调查结果可见无痛分娩在医学上有显著的疗效,有效的减短了产程所需时间,减少剖宫产的机率,进一步保障产妇的安全问题,值得推广使用,所以各大医院应该提高对无痛分娩的重视程度,并进一步提高无痛分娩水平。

The clinical efficacy of 78 cases of painless childbirth patients

Objective To research and study the clinical efficacy of painless childbirth patients. MethodsSelected 78 cases of painless childbirth patients in our hospital in clinic randomly,and selected another 78 patients using conventional delivery,a series of indicators on whether to produce pain,with or without bleeding,ect,were observed and researched,then the final statistical results were analyzed. Results Painless childbirth group＇s produced process was obviously shorter than conventional delivery group,painless labor neonates was higher than that of routine neonatal birth group score,the incidence rate of adverse reaction in the conventional delivery group was significantly higher than that of painless labor group by comparing the amount of bleeding and the pain,which was significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The survey results prove that painless childbirth in medicine has a significant effect,which shortens the time required for the production process and reduces the chance of cesarean section,and further protects the safety of mothers,it is worthy to be introduced,so the major hospitals should improve the degree of attention painless childbirth,and further improve the level of painless childbirth.
