不同层级护理人员组合培训急救技能的效果评价

[目的]探讨初、中、高不同层级护理人员组合培训急救技能的效果。[方法]将96名初、中、高级护理人员分成32组,按每组初、中、高各1人进行3人组合培训急救技能,采用本院护理部制定的抢救技术指引、培训形式及评分标准,分别考核各组组合培训前、培训后1周、培训后3个月、培训后6个月急救技能,比较各阶段考核评分及完成抢救操作耗时的差异。[结果]培训后1周比培训前考核评分增加,操作耗时减少;培训前和培训后6个月考核评分、操作耗时比较差异无统计学意义;培训后1周和培训后3个月考核评分增加,操作耗时减少;培训前急救技能考核绝大部分存在问题经培训后明显减少或消除。[结论]不同层级护理人员组合进行急救技能培训,发挥高资历护理人员在抢救中的主导地位,使抢救过程更条理,提高了各层级护士急救综合水平及急救效率,不经常训练急救技能约半年急救技能将降至培训前水平。

Evaluation on effect of rescue skills training for combination of all levels of nursing staff

Objective:To probe into the effect of first aid skills training for nursing staff combination with primary,mediate and high levels of nurse.Methods:A total of 96 primary,mediate and high levels of nurses were divided into 32 groups,a primary nurse,a mediate nurse and a high level of nurse were taken for every group,and then the first aid skills training was carried out for these group,the first aid skills was checked respectively before training,a week after trainging,three months after training,6 months after training by using rescue technical guidelines,training forms and assessment criteria which designed by nursing department in our hospital,and compare the difference in every stage of exam score and time-consuming to complete the rescue operation.Results:compared with before exam,the exam score was higher and time-consuming was reduced;there was no statistical difference in exam score and time-consuming of operation between before operation and 6 months after training;and the exam score was increased at a week and three months after training,time-consuming of operation was reduced.Conclusion:the first aid skills training for combination with different levels of nursing staff can make the highly qualified nurses to play the leading role in the rescue,and make the rescue process more structured,improve the comprehensive level of first aid and efficiency of first aid among nurses at all levels,without first aid skills training for more than half a year,the first aid level of nurses will decrease to the level before training
