多普勒超声心动图评价再血管化治疗对心肌梗死患者心功能的影响

摘    要:目的 观察再血管化治疗对心肌梗死患者左心室重塑和心功能的影响。方法 选择2 0 0例冠心病心肌梗死患者 ,分为再血管化组和单纯药物治疗组。用超声心动图观察心腔径、收缩及舒张功能。结果 再血管化治疗较药物治疗者心腔径指标明显缩小 ,舒张末容积 (EDV) ,舒张末容积指数 (EDVI) ,收缩末容积 (ESV) ,收缩末容积指数 (ESVI)明显缩小 ,射血分数 (EF) ,短轴缩短率 (FS)显著增加 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 再血管化治疗比单纯药物治疗能更好地减轻心肌梗死患者左心室重塑 ,改善收缩功能。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of revascularization on left ventricular remodelling and function in patients with myocardial infarction (MI) Methods Two hundred MI patients were studied The patients receiving revascularization were defined as group one, and those receiving medical treatment were defined as group two The structure, systolic and diastolic function index of the heart were measured by Doppler Echocardiography Results In revascularized group, LA, LAV, LVD, LVS were significantly decreased And EDV, EDVI, ESV, ESVI were much better than those in medical treatment group ( P <0 05) Conclusion Revascularization could protect left ventricular from remodelling and improve systolic function
