| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨下肢大面积皮肤撕脱伤后皮肤坏死创面的治疗方法.方法:13例下肢大面积皮肤撕脱伤患者,采用MEBO配合植皮治疗.结果:创面全部愈合,皮肤弹性好,色泽接近正常,无瘢痕挛缩及关节僵直,亦无感染加重及败血症发生.结论:MEBO配合植皮对下肢大面积皮肤撕脱伤后皮瓣坏死创面有较好治疗作用. |

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the treatment method of treating skin necrosis after skin avulsion injury of large area in lower limb. Method： 13 cases of skin avulsion injury of large area in lower limb were treated with skin grafting combing with MEBO Ointment. Results ： All of the wounds healed. The skin elasticity was good, skin color was nearly normal, no sear contracture, joint stiffness, infection and sepsis were observed. Conclusion： It has good effect to treat skin necrosis cause by skin avulsion injury with skin grafting combining with MEBO Ointment. |
