贺州市青少年超重和肥胖5年流行趋势调查

目的研究近年来城镇青少年超重及肥胖的发生规律及体重指数与血压的相关性，为预防成人高血压及代谢综合征提供合理的干预措施。方法对广西贺州市城镇大学及中小学学生5年的体检资料进行分析，比较各年龄组的体重指数和超重＋肥胖发生率以及随时间的变化，分析超重＋肥胖与血压的关系。结果贺州市青少年5年超重＋肥胖发生率分别为：2003年3．7％、2004年4．0％、2005年3.4％、2006年3．0％、2007年4．0％，在5年内有波动，但无显著增加趋势，在小学阶段，超重＋肥胖发生率相对较高（2．6％-8．2％），进入中学以后，住校学生肥胖率逐渐下降（2．0％～6.3％）；体重指数与血压显著正相关，尤其是与收缩压相关系数更高（P〈O．01）。结论贺州市青少年肥胖＋超重发生率近年来无明显增高，与其它城市的青少年相似；体重指数与血压有显著相关；学校的饮食和生活使青少年肥胖＋超重发生率有所降低。
