男性乳腺癌的临床特征及治疗(附16例)

目的　探讨男性乳腺癌的临床特点 ,治疗方式以及影响预后的因素。方法　对我院 1982年至1997年间收治的 16例男性乳腺癌的症状、体征、影像学表现以及手术治疗、放疗、化疗、内分泌治疗效果等进行综合分析。结果　 16例患者经手术、放疗、化疗及内分泌等综合治疗后 ,存活 5年以上者 9例 ,占5 6 3% ,存活 10年以上者 3例。结论　男性乳腺癌较少见 ,病程长 ,恶性程度高 ,预后一般较女性乳腺癌差 ,早期诊断及综合治疗是取得良好预后的关键。

The clinical feature and therapy of 16 male breast cancer

Objective To investigate the clinical features, treatment and the prognostic factors for male breast cancer. Methods sixteen cases of male breast cancer from 1982 to 1997 were studied for symptoms, sign, imageology features, operation, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and endocrinotherapy.Results Of those cases, nine patients (56 3%)have lived for more than five years and 3 patients ten years. Conclusion Male breast cancer is an uncommon disease that has long course and higher degree of malignance. It is worse than the female breast cancer in the prognosis. Early diagnosis and combined therapy are the important prognosistical factors.
