| 摘 要： | 目的研究生殖器疱疹患者不同的心理状态对疼痛的影响。方法采用SCL-90自评症状量表和疼痛评分问卷,对门诊就诊的100例生殖器疱疹患者进行问卷调查。结果生殖器疱疹患者心理状态受到一定影响,SCL-90各因子均分比中国常模升高,其中焦虑、抑郁症状最为严重;疼痛评分与强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖及SCL-90总均分中度相关。结论生殖器疱疹患者有正常的人际关系,但是患者并没能从人际关系中获得帮助,反而因为想要维持正常的人际关系产生焦虑,抑郁情绪加重了疼痛的症状。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influence of genital herpes(GH) patients’ psychological condition to their pain. Methods One hundred out-patients with GH were investigated with questionnaire of symptom check list-90(SCL-90) and the-6-point behavioral rating scale(RBS-s). Results The GH patients had poor psychological condition, among which depression and anxiety were most serious, and had correlation with RBS-s. Conclusion The interpersonal relationships, depression, anxiety, terror, total average and force of GH patients was positive correlation with RBS-s, and the doctors should take more cares about psychological status of the patients when treating them. |
