CT引导下经皮穿刺胆管引流术 (附10例报告)

目的：探讨CT引导在经皮穿刺胆管引流术（PTBD）中的应用价值。材料与方法：恶性梗阻性黄疸10例；胆管癌4例，肝癌3例，胰腺癌2例，转移癌1例，胆管直径0.7cm-0.9cm4例，1cm-1.5cm6例，器材用Cook PTBD套盒，全部在CT引导下定位穿刺放置引流管。结果：10例病人均一次穿刺成功，从局麻到外上流管放置到位使用时间为5－10分钟。无1例出现因操作引起的并发症。结论：CT引导下作PTBD是一种定位准确，穿刺成功率高，有效预防和减少穿刺并发症，医生免爱或少受X线损伤的操作，得有条件的医院使用。

Percutaneous Transhepatic Biliary Drainage Under the CT Guidance (Report of 10 cases)

Purposes: To explore the use value of the CT guidance in percutaneous transhepaitic biliary drainage (PTBD). Materials and Methods: Ten cases with malignant biliary obstructive jaundice included cholangiocarcinoma (4 cases), liver cancer (3 cases), pancreato-carcinoma (2 cases) , and metastasis carcinoma (1 cases) . The biliary diameter was 0.7cm to 0.9cm in 4 cases and 1.0cm to 1.5cm in 6 cases. Cook PTBD set boxes were used, the drainage tuber were located under CT guidance. Results: The punctures succeeded once in all 10 patients. The time of the PTBD course was about. Conclusion: Percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage under the CT guidance is a operation which can accurately locate, easily succeed, effectively prevent and reduce complications caused by operation, and avoid or diminsish the X ray damage to the operator. It is worth use for hospitals with CT scanner.
