七圣丸水提液抗缺氧与抗脂质过氧化作用研究

目的:观察七圣丸水提物抗缺氧与抗脂质过氧化作用.方法:采用不同的缺氧试验观察小鼠存活时间,测定缺血性缺氧小鼠脑组织中SOD与MDA及正常大瓦组织匀浆MDA含量.结果:七圣丸水提物可明显提高小鼠对缺氧的保护作用,促进脑缺血性缺氧小鼠脑组织中SOD活性恢复、抑制MDA过量产生,减少正常大鼠组织MDA含量.结论:七圣丸水提物有明显的抗缺氧与改善体内氧自由基代谢的作用.

Study on the Effect of Anti-anoxic and Anti-lipid Peroxidation of Aqueous Extract Qishengwan

Objective: To observe the effect of anti -anoxia and anti -lipid peroxidation of extract liquid Qishengwan. Methods: An anoxic experiment was employed to observe the survival time of test mice and determine the SOD and MDA of the test mice in the condition of cerebral tissue ischemia and anoxia and the MDA content of normal big mice to observe their antioxidation. Results: Extract liquid Qishengwan could obviously improve the protective effect on the mice anoxia, revive the SOD activity of the cerebral tissue ischemia and anoxia mice, inhibit the overproduction of MDA and decrease the MDA content of the normal mice. Conclusion: Extract liquid Qishengwan has an obvious anti -anoxic effect and can improve the free radical metabolism in vivo.
