| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨排粪造影动态采集法的临床意义。方法：采用透视数字成像方法，动态采集图像进行排粪造影。结果：常规照片力排相优良率仅54%，动态采集力排相优良率接近100%。常规照片与动态采集所得到的肛上距及肛直角数据有显著差别。结论：对于盆底痉挛综合症及会阴下降的诊断有积极的价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the clinical significance of the dynamic photograty of defecoyraphy Method:Defecography findings were gainad by dynamic photograty through digital fluroradiography Result:The tigh guality rate of defecation photograph in dynamic photograty is merely 54% while using dynamic photography,it is nearly 100% The results of DUAC and ARA through the two different methods have significant difference Conclusion:The dynamic photography have active significance in the diagnosis of SPFS and PD |
