| 摘 要： | 目的探讨家庭情感功能对社区老年人认知功能障碍的影响，为提高老年人家庭保健提供依据。方法采用简易智力状态检查量表（MMSE）、日常生活能力量表（ADL）等对22个省的2161名老年人进行认知功能评定。结果本组认知障碍者571人，占26．42％；老年人发生认知功能障碍与是否与家人交流、与家人关系是否融洽、婚姻状态、居住方式等因素相关。结论家庭情感功能对老年人的认知障碍有影响，应使其家属重视家庭对老年人的重要性，积极倡导家人多与老年人交流。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of family affection function on cognitive handicap of elderly people in community, so as to provide evidence for improving family health for elderly people. Methods 2 161 elderly people from 22 provinces were investigated by mini-mental state examination (MMSE) and activity of daily living (ADL). Results 571 cases (26.42%) suffered from cognitive handicap, which related to the following factors:comnicating with families, harmonious relationship, marriage state, living styles, etc. Conclusions Family affection function has effect on cognitive handicap of elderly people, the families should emphasiss the family impacts on the aged, we should positively advocate the families to communicate with the aged. |
