经输精管向家兔附睾内注射生理盐水的抗生育研究

摘    要:目的:观察附睾内注射生理盐水的抗生育效果。方法:经输精管向12只成年爱兔双侧附睾内分别注射生理盐水(0.1mL/kg)。结果:注射生理盐水后15-255天,实验兔的精子密度、精子存活率和精子活力呈现一由低转高最后至正常的动态变化过程。结论:该方法可能是一种简便、无副作用且具可复性的节育方法。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of physiological saline injected into epididymis on contraception in rabbits.Methods Physiological saline (0.1 mL/kg) was injected into bilateral epididymis of 12 mature rabbits through their spermatic ducts.Results The numerical values of sperm density,sperm survival rate and sperm vitality all underwent changes from low to high and finally to normality during the period of 15 to 255 days after the rabbits were injected.Conclusions This simple and resumable method could be effective on contraception control without any side-effect.
