病人自控镇痛治疗顽固性带状疱疹后神经痛疗效观察

目的:观察病人皮下自控镇痛对顽固性带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效,本文选择了38例不宜行神经阻滞的病人作为研究对象。方法:38例病人在抗病毒治疗的同时均使用10μg/ml～12μg/ml的芬太尼病人皮下自控镇痛,镇痛泵药物用完后按原配方重新配置,观察其对患者疼痛的缓解程度、生活质量的改善以及出现的并发症。结果:38例病人治疗后,疼痛明显缓解,生活质量明显提高,部分并发症随时间延长而减少。结论:病人皮下自控镇痛能有效的控制带状疱疹后神经痛,改善病人的生活质量。随着病人对镇痛的适应,部分并发症逐渐减少。

Curative Effect Observation of Patient PCA Treat Bigotry post Herpetic Neuralgia

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of patient-controlled analgesia (PCA) of hypodermic with fentaly on post herpetic neuralgia (PHN).Methods 38 patients with post herpetic neuralgia were treated with antivirotic and PCA of hypodermic with fentaly (10 μg/ml~12 μg/ml).The symptom of pain,life of quality and complication were assessed.Results After theraphy,the pain was lyses,the life of quality was enhanced and the complication was decreased with the time.Conclusions there are effective to control PHN and to improve the life of quality with PCA.While,The complication was decreased with the time.
