| Abstract: | The dissociation constant of acid or basic drugs is a very important parameter.In this article the dissociation constant of the two basic sophordine and lehmannine were detected by thin layer pH chromatography,and the results were basically compatible with those values in literature.The advatage of this method is that the separation of certain dissociating compounds,often very similar in character,can be in improved by suitable selection of the pH. |
