老年性高血压的居家护理探讨

目的：探讨居家护理对老年性高血压患者康复的疗效。方法：将88例老年性高血压患者随机分为对观察组44例和对照组44例,对观察组实施1年的居家护理,对照组不实施居家护理,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：实施居家护理后,观察组患者收缩压和舒张压与未实施居家护理前相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;观察组生活方式明显改变,其中限盐饮食、适宜运动、吸烟与饮酒、体重控制和服药依从性与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：居家护理对老年性高血压治疗效果明显,值得推广。

Investigation of home care nursing of senile hypertension

objective： To explore the effects of home care nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with senile hypertension.Methods： 88 cases patients with senile hypertension were randomly divided into teatment group 44 cases and control group 44 cases.The teatment group implemented home care nursing for one year,control group didn＇t.Compared two sets of patients therapeutic effect.Results： After implemented home care nursing,the systolic pressures and diastolic pressures were improved significantly（P〈0.01）.Compared with the control group also was the obvious difference（P〈0.01）.The teatment group lifestyle changed significantly.Limit salt diet,sports,smoking and drinking,weight control and medication adherence were improved significantly compared with the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Home care nursing treatment effect is obvious for senile hypertension,it was worth popularizing.
