从中国国际救援队赴海地救援谈应急灾害医学救援的特点与对策

海地地震后33h，中国国际救援队即抵达太子港。在其实践的基础上总结出以下经验：灾害医学救援的主要特点包括灾害发生突然，灾害救援必须迅速，灾区情况复杂，同样的疾病会成批同时出现。中国国际救援队的优势是专业技能精湛，组织严密，实战及应急能力强，经验丰富。医学救援的对策是：制订医学救援预案；建立应急医学救援组织；改善、充实医学救援物资；建立医学救治体制。

Features and related countermeasures of emergent disaster medical rescue: discussion based on the practice of the China International Search and Rescue Team in Haiti

Thirty-three hours after the earthquake in Haiti, the China International Search and Rescue Team arrived at Port-au-prince. Based on the practice thereof the following experience was summed up. The main features of disaster medical rescue is sudden appearance of disaster, rapid response of medical rescue, complex conditions of disaster-stricken areas, and simultaneous occurrence of a large amounts of patients with the same diseases. The advantages of the China International Search and Rescue Team include excellent professional literacy, well-knit organization, ability in practice and emergency incident readiness, and rich experience. It is suggested that contingeney plans should be developed in advance, a rescue mechanism suitable to disaster medicine be established, and necessary drugs and equipments be prepared in time.
