硝酸银络合法提纯亚麻子中α-LNA的工艺研究

摘    要:
目的:优选硝酸银络合法提纯α-亚麻酸的最佳工艺。方法:通过正交试验设计,考察硝酸银浓度、络合温度和络合时间三个因素对α-LNA的纯度和收率的影响。结果:硝酸银络合法提纯α-LNA的最佳条件为:硝酸银浓度6mol/L,络合温度4℃,络合时间3小时。结论:通过硝酸银络合法可得到高纯度的α-LNA。

Abstract:
To optimize the technological conditions of refiningα-linolenic acid from Linum Usitutissimum L. by the means of silver nitrate complexation Methods To investigate the effect of nitrate concentration, complexation temperature and time on the purity ofα- linolenic acid and the yield of complexation product by the method of orthogonal test. Results The appropriate process conditions ofα-linolenic acid from Linum Usitutissimum L. by the orthogonal test are: silver nitrate concentration 6 mol/L, temperature 4℃and time 3 hour. Conclusionα-linolenic acid highly purified can be isolated from otherfatty acid in Linum Usitutissimum L. by silver nitrate complexation.
