宝鸡市医疗机构空气消毒效果监测分析

目的通过对各医疗机构室内空气监测结果分析,了解室内空气消毒的状况,提出改进措施。方法从1999-2008年连续10年对宝鸡市市辖20家医疗机构的室内空气消毒效果进行采样检测。结果 10年间共监测室内空气272份,合格164份,合格率60.3%;市辖二级以上医院与厂矿医院比较空气合格率相近,二者无显著性差异。结论各医疗机构应加强落实空气消毒措施,推广应用新设备、新仪器,进一步提高空气消毒质量,防止医院感染的发生。

Analysis of Air Disinfecting Effects of Medical Institutions in Baoji

Objective To understand the status of indoor air disinfection and improvement the disinfection measures by analysis the disinfecting effects of medical institutions.Method Detected the air disinfecting effects of 20 medical institutions in baoji during ten years from 1999 to 2008.Results 272 indoor air samples were monitored,the total eligible rate was 60.3%（164）.The eligible rate of city hosptials abve grade Ⅱ and factories and mines hosptias were about the same,no significant differences between the two.Conclusions All medical institutions should strengthen the implementation of air disinfection measures to prevent hospital infection by promote the application of new equipment,new instrument and further improve the quality of air disinfection.
