洛川县2008年克山病病情调查分析

目的掌握我县克山病病情现状和消长趋势,为研究预防控制克山病提供科学依据。方法按照《全国克山病监测方案》要求,参照历史上克山病病情较重的病区资料,对洛川县菩堤乡新城堡行政村居民进行克山病患病率及发病相关因素调查。结果共检诊506人,临床检诊率82.41%;心电图检查异常率10.67%,重点人群(3～14岁儿童)潜慢克检出率为0,非重点人群(15～70岁成人)检出率为0.79%。儿童发硒含量均值0.2658μg/g,居民主食粮硒均值0.018μg/g。结论目前本区有潜在型克山病病例检出。无急型、亚急型克山病发生,病情明显下降,总体处于稳中有降趋势。

Investigation on Keshan Disease in Luochuan County in 2008

Objective For understanding the trend and the current state of Kersan disease in Luochuan County,providing a scientific basis for the prevention and control of the Keshan disease. Method Referred to historical data of the more serious area in our county,the investigation on the etiology and relative risk factors of Keshan Disease were carried out in Xinchengbao villiage of Puti Township. The whole investigation was carried out according to the request of 《The national plans of Keshan disease monitoring》. Results 506 residents were examined,accounting for 82.41% of the population; the abnormal electrocardiographic rate was 10.67%. The percent of the latent Keshan disease in the key population （3~14 years old children） and other population （15~70 years old adults） were 0% and 0.79% respectively. The average content of the hair selenium in children was 0.2658μg/g,and the average content of the food selenium was 0.018μg/g. Conclusions There were some new latent Keshan disease patients in our county,but we did not find any patient with acute Keshan disease nor subacute Keshan disease. The pathogenetic condition of the Keshan disease was steady descended in our county.
