推拿结合循经往返灸治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征临床研究

目的：观察推拿结合循经往返灸治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的临床疗效。方法：选择120例合格受试者，采用随机数字表法随机分为两组，试验组采用推拿结合循经往返灸治疗；对照组采用常规康复训练。两组基础治疗相同。在治疗前、治疗1个月、随访3个月观察简化Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评分法（ FMA）、视觉疼痛量表（ VAS）、改良Barthel指数（ MBI）情况。结果：试验组在治疗1个月、随访3个月的FMA、VAS、MBI评分与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（ P〈0.05）；对照组治愈6例，显效14例，有效32例，无效8例；试验组治愈8例，显效24例，有效24例，无效4例，两组间比较差异有统计学意义（ P〈0.05）。结论：推拿结合循经往返灸治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征疗效优于常规康复训练。

Clinical Observation of Massage Combined with Round-trip Meridian Moxibustion in the Treatment of Shoulder Hand Syndrome After Stroke

Objective：To observe clinical effect of the massage combined with round-trip meridian moxibustion in the treatment of shoul-der hand syndrome after stroke. Methods：The trial included 120 cases. Through the random number table method,the patients were ran-domly divided into two groups. Experimental group（n=60）was given massage combined with round-trip meridian moxibustion. The con-trol group（n=60）was given conventional rehabilitation training. Two groups of foundation treatment were the same. The timepoint in-cluded before treatment,1 month after treatment,follow-up 3 months. The outcomes were simplified Fugl-Meyer upper limb movement function scoring method（ FMA）,visual pain scale（ VAS）,modified Barthel index（ MBI）. Result：FMA,VAS,MBI scores in the exper-imental group had statistical significance（P〈0. 05）. The control group cured 6 cases,14 cases were markedly effective,effective 32 cases,8 cases. Experimental group cured 8 cases,24 cases were markedly effective,effective 24 cases,4 cases were invalid,the compari-son between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Massage combined with moxibustion in the treatment of shoulder hand syndrome is superior to conventional rehabilitation training.
