早期护理干预对急性脑梗死并发血管性痴呆患者认知功能的影响

目的探讨早期护理干预对急性脑梗死并发血管性痴呆患者认知功能的影响。方法选择2012年9月至2013年9月我院收治的急性脑梗死并发血管性痴呆患者36例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各18例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上进行早期护理干预。干预1月后,采用简易智能状态量表（MMSE）、长谷川痴呆量表（HDS）、神经功能缺损评分量表（SSS）及Bathel指数量表（BI）对2组患者的干预效果进行评价。结果干预后观察组的MMSE评分、HDS评分及BI评分均明显高于对照组,SSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对急性脑梗死并发血管性痴呆患者,实施有效地早期护理干预,可提高患者的认知功能及日常生活自理能力,值得临床推广与应用。

Effect of early nursing intervention on cognitional function of the patients with acute cerebral infarction combined with vascular dementia

Objective To investigate the effect of early nursing intervention on cognitional function of the patients with acute cerebral infarction combined with vascular dementia. Methods Thirty-six cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction combined with vascular dementia in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 18 cases in each group. Control group was given routine care,while observation group was added early nursing intervention on the basis of routine care. MMSE、HDS、SSS and BI scores were detected and compared in the two groups after 1 month. Results MMSE score,HDS score and the BI score were lower and SSS score were significantly lower in observation group than those in control group after nursing intervention,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Early nursing intervention for patients with acute cerebral infarction combined with vascular dementia can effectively improve cognitive function and enhance ability of daily living activities. It is worthy of clinical application.
