摘 要: | 目的建立铁棒锤种子中生物碱的最佳提取方法,为铁棒锤种子生物碱的有效利用提供科学依据。方法采用生物碱显色反应、薄层色谱法对铁棒锤种子生物碱类成分进行定性鉴别;采用正交实验设计,运用紫外分光光度法进行定量分析。结果总生物碱的最佳提取工艺条件:提取时间30 min,乙醇浓度60%,料液比1:20。铁棒锤种子总生物碱含量为0.19%。结论方法简便,超声提取法提取率高,有可利用价值,可为铁棒锤种子化学成分进一步研究提供科学依据。

Abstract: | Objective To establish the best extraction method for the alkaloids in Aconitum flavum seeds,and provide scientific basis for the effective use of Aconitum flavum seed alkaloid.Methods By the chromogenic reaction of the alkaloid and TLC for the qualitative identification of Aconitum flavum seed alkaloids;the orthogonal experimental design and UV spectrophotometry were used for quantitative analysis.Results The optimal extraction method was as follows:extraction 30rain,concentration of ethanol 60%,ratio for solid-liquid 1:20. The content of total alkaloids was 0.19%.Conclusion The method is simple with high extraction rate of ultrasonic extraction and has utility value,which can provide scientific basis for further studies on chemical constituents of Aconitum flavum seeds. |
