艾迪注射液联合CHOP方案治疗非霍奇金氏恶性淋巴瘤临床研究

目的：探讨艾迪注射液联合CHOP方案化疗治疗非霍奇金氏恶性淋巴瘤的临床疗效及对患者生存质量的影响。方法：将60例非霍奇金氏恶性淋巴瘤患者随机分成两组,对照组30例采用CHOP方案化疗,治疗组30例在对照组基础上予艾迪注射液治疗。两组均以4周为1个周期,2个周期为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、生存质量积分、Karnofsky（KPS）评分和不良反应情况。结果：治疗组与对照组有效率分别为46.7%和33.3%（P＆gt;0.05）;治疗组治疗后中医证候积分、生存质量积分和KPS评分均有改善,与本组治疗前和对照组治疗后比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;对照组治疗后生存质量积分、KPS评分降低,与本组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组白细胞数下降、血小板下降、恶心呕吐、食欲不振发生率均低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：艾迪注射液联合CHOP方案化疗治疗非霍奇金氏恶性淋巴瘤可提高化疗效果,改善临床症状,减轻不良反应,提高生存质量,延长生存期。

Clinical Observation of Adie Injection Combined with CHOP in Treating Malignant Lymphoma

Objective： To observe the influence on the life quality and clinical effect by Adie injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of lymphoma. Methods： 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 30 cases in the control group were given chemotherapy with CHOP scheme and 30 cases in the treatment group were added with Adie injection. 4 weeks for 1 cycle,2 cycles for 1 course. Compare the clinical effect,TCM syndrome integral,life quality integral,Karnofsky（KPS） score and adverse reaction after treatment. Results： The total improvement rate of the treatment group and control group were 46. 7% and 33. 3%（P 0. 05）.The TCM syndrome,life quality integral and KPS score were improved in the treatment group and the difference was statistically significant（P 0. 05） against the group before treatment and the control group after treatment. The life quality integral and KPS score were reduced in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（P 0. 05） against the group before treatment. The incidence in the treatment group of white blood cell count reduction,nausea and vomit,anorexia was lower than that of control group（P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Adie injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of lymphoma can improve the effect of chemotherapy,improve clinical symptoms,reduce the adverse reaction and improve the life quality and extend life span.
