| 摘 要： | 目的：观察杞菊丸治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法：将496例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组386例,对照组110例。治疗组采用杞菊丸治疗,对照组采用六味地黄丸治疗,于治疗50 d后进行疗效评价。结果：治疗组的有效率及慢性前列腺炎症状指数（NIH-CPSI）评分均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：杞菊丸治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎疗效显着。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effect of Qiju Pill in treating chronic abacterial prostatitis. Methods： 496 patients with chronic abacterial prostatitis were divided into the treatment group of 386 cases and the control group of 110 cases. The control group was given Qiju Pill and the control group was given Liuweidihuang pill. Curative effect was evaluated after 50 days. Results： The total effective rate and NIH-CPSI score of the treatment group were better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Qiju Pill in treating chronic abacterial prostatitis has significant effect. |
