| 摘 要： | 目的纤维胆道镜在胆道残余结石中的临床价值。方法回顾性研究706例胆道残余结石行纤维胆道镜取石治疗。结果706例中发现残余结石472例，取石516次，取净383例，占88．8％。取石失败89例，占11．2％。术后均无严重并发症。结论纤维胆道镜检查是治疗胆道残余结石安全、实用、有效的方法，可作为胆道结石术后常规检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective The clincal value of the bile duct fibroscope on the remained bilestone in bile duct.Methods A retrospective research on which 706 cases of remained bilestone were treated with bile duct fibroscope.Result bilestone were found in 472 cases of all 706.The patients with remained bilestone were fetched 516 times.There were no severe complications after operations.Conclusion Bile duct fibroscope is a safe,practical,affective method that can be used as routine examing means after bilestone operation. |
