| 摘 要： | 目的：观察清降汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效。方法：将９０ 例胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分为两组，采用自拟中药方清降汤治疗组５５ 例，采用西药治疗对照组３５ 例，并进行治疗前后对照观察。结果：治疗组总有效率９４．５％ ，对照组总有效率８２．９％ ，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。结论：清降汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎能取得满意疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect ofqingjiang decoction on bile reflux gastritis.Meth- ods:90 patientsw ith bile reflux gastritis w ere divided into tw o groups. Am ong these patients 55 cas- es,as treatm entgroup,w ere treated by qingjiang decoction; other35 cases,ascontrolgroup, by w est- ern m edicine.Results:The clinicalsym ptom and gastroscope testshow ed thatthe clinicaleffective rate of treatm ent group w as 94.5% ,controlgroup 82.9% .The effect of treatm ent group w as obviously superiorto counterpartgroup( P< 0.01).Conclusion:Qingjiang decoction hasa bettereffectin treat- ing bile reflux gastritis. |
