西北部队已婚男性生殖健康状况普查分析及对策

目的：为西北部队已婚男性建立生殖健康档案，了解生殖系疾病发病率，探讨有效治疗方法。方法：对全区27754已婚男性统一标准进行病史询问，查体、化验、B超等检查，登记结果进行统计分析。结果：普查总体发病率为5．21％。其中以20-30岁、50—60岁、60岁以上年龄段发病率较高，20-30岁年龄段精索静脉曲张、附睾疾病、慢性前列腺炎发病率较高，50岁以上年龄段为前列腺增生高发年龄。结论：西北部队已婚男性生殖健康状况较好，但患病官兵自我保健意识较差，建议在部队定期进行生殖健康教育，提高外生殖器卫生保健意识，针对疾病早发现早治疗。

Mass survey of the married man′s reproductive health of the army in northwest China

Objective:To investigate the disease incidence of the reproductive system and its effective treatment by establishing the reproductive health records of the married men from the army in northwest China.Methods:27 754 married men from Lanzhou Command were investigated with a standard method, their disease history , the results of the physical and chemical examinations were registered and analyzed.Results:The total morbidity of mass survey was 5.16% ,and the higher morbidity appeared in ages of 20 30 years,50 60 years and elder than 60 years.In 20 30 years,varicocele, epididymal injury and chronic prostatitis were common diseases.Hyperlasia of prostate commonly appeared in ages over 50 years. Conclusion:The reproductive health condition of the married men in Lanzhou Command is good, but their health consciousness might be always ignored. The regular health propaganda is helpful to approve their health consciousness and diagnose and treat disease of reproductive system on the early stage.
