| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人造血管移植建立动静脉内瘘的护理特点.方法将21例人造血管移植内瘘患者为观察组,再随机抽取21例自身血管内瘘患者为对照组,比较2组患者在术后护理及内瘘使用方面的特点.结果发现观察组患者术后更易发生术肢肿胀、感染、出血,其使用及护理与对照组也有明显不同.结论人造血管移植建立动静脉内瘘患者术后更易引起肿胀、感染、出血,内瘘的护理及使用更应专业、细致.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the nursing character of artery and vein fistula replanted by artificial vas. Method Took 21 patients with artery and vein fistula replanted by artificial vas as observation group. Then sampled 21 patients with artery and vein fistula replanted by self-vas randomly as control group. Compared their differences of post operation nursing and fistula usage. Result Patients in observation group were easier to occur tumidness, infection and bleeding than patients in control group. There was significant difference between two groups in post operation nursing and fistula usage. Conclusion Patients with artery and vein fistula replanted by artificial vas are easy to occur tumidness, infection and bleeding, so the nursing and fistula usage should be more professional and careful. |
